Hank Woods is a veteran of commercial real estate with over twenty-five years of experience. Joining LINE Partners in 2021, his role as VP of Business Development is to support the team in all real estate aspects and help the newly formed company grow exponentially. His goal– to make LINE Partners the go-to-resource for all things commercial real estate in the Lincoln community.

Early in his career Hank worked in Residential and Commercial Lending with a prominent bank in Minneapolis. He then returned to Lincoln in 2000 and worked for a local commercial real estate firm focusing on investment, office, medical, and retails sales and leasing.

Hank, a lifelong Lincolnite, is an active community member and currently serves on the Mourning Hope Board of Trustees, the Lighthouse Board of Trustees, and as treasurer of the Woods Charitable Fund. He’s also a member of the Chicago-based, Sahara Enterprises’ Board of Directors. Hank graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and minor in Economics.
